I. Introduction

1. This User Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all SweetyMe products, including SweetyMe versions (SweetyMe Android application, SweetyMeios application, SweetyMe website (hereinafter collectively referred to as "SweetyMe family of products and services").
Special Note: Because SweetyMe has many products and services and the content of the products and services offered to you varies, this Privacy Policy is the general terms of SweetyMe's uniformly applied privacy policy. For some specific products/services of SweetyMe, SweetyMe will also establish a specific privacy policy, and you should read and agree to the entire content of the specific privacy policy before using that specific product/service.
2. Please read and understand this policy in its entirety before using SweetyMe products and services, and by using SweetyMe products and services, you agree to our use and processing of your relevant information in accordance with this policy.

II. About us

1.SweetyMe is operated and serviced by NUCLEUS COMMUNICATIONS PTE. LTD (registered office at "73 Upper Paya Lebar Road #06-01C Centro Bianco Singapore 534818", hereinafter referred to as "we" or "SweetyMe") and related parties to provide product operations and services.
2.Related party refers to NUCLEUS COMMUNICATIONS PTE.LTD. Control means the ability, directly or indirectly, to influence the management/operation of the controlled party through ownership, voting shares, contracts, actual operating relationships or other means as determined by law.

III. Explanation of Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, the terms used in this policy shall normally have only the following definitions:
1. Personal information (from the Personal Information Protection Law): personal information is all kinds of information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded by electronic or other means, excluding information after anonymization processing. Personal information covered by this Privacy Policy includes basic information of natural persons (including name, birthday, gender, address, telephone number, e-mail address), personal biometric information (facial features), network identification information (including system account, IP address, e-mail address, and passwords, passwords, password protection answers related to the foregoing), personal property information (consumption records, virtual currency), and Personal common device information (including hardware serial number, hardware model, device MAC address, operating system type, software list, unique device identifier), personal location information (including approximate geographic location, precise location information). Unique Device Identifier (Unique ID or UUID): is a string of characters programmed into a device by the device manufacturer that can be used to identify the corresponding device in a unique way (e.g. IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI information, etc.). Unique Device Identifiers can be used for a variety of purposes, including providing advertising when cookies cannot be used (e.g. in mobile applications).

6. SSL: SSL (Secure Socket Layer), also known as Secure Sockets Layer, is a security protocol implemented over the Transport Communications Protocol (TCP/IP). SSL supports various types of networks while providing three basic security services, all through the use of public key and symmetric key technology to achieve information confidentiality.
7.Cookies: Cookies are small files containing strings that are sent to and stored on your computer, mobile device or other device (usually encrypted) when you log in and use a website or other web content.
8. Account: When you register for an account and provide us with some personal information, you can make better use of our services. When you visit SweetyMe, the system will use this account information to authenticate you to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your account.
9. Anonymization: This refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that the subject of the personal information cannot be identified or associated with it, and the processed information cannot be recovered.
10. De-identification: It is the process of making it impossible to identify or associate the subject of personal information without the help of additional information through technical processing of personal information.
11. Server logs: In general, our servers automatically record the web requests you make when you visit the Site. These "server logs" typically include your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request, and one or more cookies that uniquely identify your browser.

2.3 In order to ensure the normal operation of the product and to achieve better product functionality for you, we will apply for permissions such as address book, geolocation, camera, etc. when you use specific features or services. These permissions will not be turned on by default, and will only be used to achieve specific features or services with your express authorization, which can also be withdrawn by you. In particular, even if we obtain these sensitive permissions with your authorization, we will not collect your information when it is not needed for the relevant function or service. 3. We need to remind you that you understand and agree that we want to provide you with products and services that are perfect, so we will continue to improve our products and services, so we may introduce new business features from time to time, and then we may need to collect new personal information or change the purpose or way of using personal information, and we will inform you of this information separately by updating this policy, page tips, pop-ups, website announcements We will separately explain to you the purpose, content, use and scope of such information collection through updates to this policy, page prompts, pop-ups, website announcements, etc., and collect it with your express consent.
4. In general, we will collect and use your personal information in the following situations:
4.1 Account registration, login, authentication
4.1.1. Account registration, login When you register and login to your SweetyMe account, to help you complete the registration and login, we provide three login methods:
4.1.1.1 When you choose "Login by cell phone number", you need to provide us with the cell phone number and the SMS verification code you received for the purpose of verifying the registration and login to your SweetyMe account. You need to understand that the matching result of mobile phone number and verification code is your personal sensitive information, and we collect this type of information based on the requirements of laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide such information, you may not be able to register your account and use the relevant products or services; please notice that when using your cell phone number and verification code for login (including one-click login), we may need to write and read the information necessary for login (such as the verification code information) in the clipboard. This information is only used for login-related purposes and does not collect your private information.
4.1.1.2 When you choose to log in with a third party account (e.g. Google login, Apple account login, etc.), you authorize us, with your express consent, to obtain public information (e.g. avatar, nickname, gender and other information authorized by you) about the third party account you use to log in and to bind that account to your SweetyMe product account and cell phone number.
4.1.2. Profile Improvement
After you complete the registration of your product account, you can decide by yourself whether you need to improve your gender, age, nickname, education, avatar, birthday, height, location, school, occupation, hometown, personality tag, dating voice and other online identification information. Among them, gender, age and avatar are information necessary to use the basic functions of SweetyMe products (we will provide gender matching service based on gender; we will refuse to provide service to minors based on age), and if you refuse to provide them, you will not be able to use our products and functions. For other information, if you complete the information, it will help us to provide you with better service and experience (for example, to get better matching recommendations), but if you do not provide the above information, it will not affect the use of the basic functions of the products.
4.1.3.Authentication
When you use the function of real person authentication or related specific services required, according to the relevant laws and regulations, facial characteristics information to verify your identity and complete the real name authentication service. Such information is sensitive personal information, you may refuse to provide, if you refuse to provide you may not be able to access the relevant services, but does not affect the normal use of other products and services;
4.1.4.Account Upgrade Service
In order to provide you with a consistent service experience in SweetyMe series products and enable you to experience the special service functions of the associated versions conveniently and quickly. We provide you with an account upgrade service, so that you can browse the content posted by users in other related versions, communicate with other users and share your posted content across platforms through your upgraded account. Please note that the account upgrade service is a value-added service for you, and we will ask for your consent. If you choose to use and agree to the License Agreement, we will use relevant technology to synchronize your account information and content on the SweetyMe platform to the associated version of the platform, which may include: nickname, avatar, region, gender, age and other account information that you have set as public profile; synchronize the content you have posted using your SweetyMe account; synchronize other information authorized by you (please refer to the License Agreement"). If you refuse, you will not be able to use the account upgrade service at that time, but it will not affect your normal use of other products and services;
4.2  Personalized Recommendations
4.2.1 Types of information collecte
In order to better recommend to you users of the opposite sex, square information, we will collect and use the following information:
4.2.1.1 Public information that you fill out and publish on your own initiative (e.g., the conditions for soliciting friends, age, education, gender, occupation, income, etc.)
4.2.1.2 Geographic location information after obtaining your express consent.
Geographic location information: including precise geographic location information obtained through GPS information, Bluetooth, etc. and approximate geographic location information obtained through network location information (such as base station, IP and WLAN). The precise geographic location information is personal sensitive information, if you refuse to provide it, we will not recommend you information based on the precise geographic location information, and it will not affect the normal use of other functions of the product. However, we will display and recommend local information of your area (province and city) on the home page (recommendation page before refusal) and the square page based on the province and city corresponding to the approximate geographic location information.
4.2.2  Usage Scenarios
We will combine the above information with information from our other services, and do feature and preference analysis through algorithms to personalize, display or push specific users, graphics, audio and video information that may be of interest to you, or to push specific features or services that are more suitable for you:
4.2.2.1 Show and recommend users of the opposite sex near you on the SweetyMe recommendation page.
4.2.2.2 Recommending information dynamics to you on the Square page by hotness and date of publication;
4.2.2.3 Recommending friends who are more relevant to you in the friend footprint.
We collect and use the above information in a de-identified way, and the data analysis only corresponds to specific codes that cannot be directly associated with the user's identity and cannot be linked to your real identity. If you do not agree to authorize or refuse us to obtain the above information, you can turn off the personalized recommendation in "My-Settings-Privacy Settings-Personalized Recommendation", after which you will not be able to get the personalized recommendation information, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product.
4.3 Uploading dynamic, avatar and photo
When you upload avatar or photo and post news, including text, picture, voice and short video, you need to open camera, recording, album and storage permission accordingly. At the same time, you can also turn on/off the permission at any time through the relevant function settings of your device. When you cancel this permission, we can no longer provide you with the corresponding services mentioned above. The dynamic photos, texts, videos, comments and likes you upload will be stored on our servers, as storage is necessary to enable this function. We store this information in an encrypted form and you can delete it at any time. We will not make such dynamic information available to the public or use it for any purpose other than for this function, unless you choose to do so or comply with the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations.
4.3.1 Special Note: The information you post publicly may involve personal information or even sensitive personal information of you or others. If you choose to upload pictures containing sensitive personal information when posting your updates, please consider carefully whether to share or even publicly share the relevant information when using our services. We recommend that you do not upload photos or other personal information of minors or other minors in your household.
4.4  Follow Friends and Friend Management Features
4.4.1  You may choose to establish a following (buddy) relationship with someone you are interested in or share information with other third parties through the functional components we provide. We will collect service log information including your following relationship and sharing history for the above mentioned functions. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of the Products and Services;
4.4.2  You can add or remove friends from our products. To help you do this, we will create a friends list. The buddy list is the necessary information to establish and manage your buddy relationship.
4.5 Your personal information collected indirectly from third parties
4.5.1 ou need to understand and be aware that we do not have access to the personal information you provide to external third parties (except SweetyMe affiliates) or your personal information collected by external third parties, and we do not use unconventional methods (e.g. malicious interference with each other's series APP data) to obtain your personal information by software programs without your permission. We may need to collect your personal information indirectly (such as sharing, etc.) from third parties for business development, and if we provide products or services to you directly or jointly, we (or the third party) will make clear to you the source, type, purpose of use, manner and business function of the shared personal information, and the scope of authorized consent before collection (if the manner and scope of use exceeds the scope of your original authorization in the (if the use is beyond the scope of your original authorization in the third party, we will ask for your authorized consent again);

4.5.3 We will enhance the security of such personal information (including sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information, access rights control, etc.). 4.6  Provide you with security features to ensure safer use of products/services

4.6.2  Log information: When you use our website or the products or services provided by our client, we will automatically collect the details of your use of our products or services and keep them as relevant web logs. 4.6.3 You should notice that individual device information, log information, etc. is information that does not identify a specific natural person, so individual device information and log information is not "personal information" within the meaning of this policy. 1.6.4  When you choose to participate in relevant marketing activities organized by us and our affiliates or third parties,you may be required to provide your name, mailing address, contact information, and bank account information. This information is personally sensitive and refusal to provide it may affect your participation in the relevant activity, but will not affect other features of our products and services. We will only share this information with affiliates or third parties with your consent in order to guarantee you a consistent experience in joint activities or to entrust third parties to redeem rewards to you in a timely manner.
1.6.5 Sharing with Affiliates: In order to provide you with a consistent service experience across the SweetyMe family of products and to make it easy and fast for you to experience the special service features of the Affiliate version. We have provided you with an account upgrade service. With your consent, your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies (including: Tianjin Youyou Network Technology Co., Ltd.) or their designated service providers (see the License Agreement for details).
